30ml Elderflower cordial (suggested brand: Belvoir)
30ml Soda water
2g Ascorbic acid
Glass: White wine glass
Technique: Build
Procedure:
Prepare the Glass: Chill a 12 oz (360 ml) white wine glass to keep the drink refreshing.
Prepare the Cucumber: Peel the cucumber to remove any potential bitterness or off-flavors.
Extract the Juice: Use a juice extractor to obtain fresh cucumber juice.Fine-strain the juice to remove any pulp or solids.
Stabilize the Juice: Dissolve ascorbic acid into the juice to slow down oxidation and preserve its freshness. Stir thoroughly.
