How to prepare the vanilla-honey syrup:
Time needed:
48 hours
Tools:
Glass jar
Heater or a cooker and a saucepan
Barspoon or similar
Ingredients:
1 Part filtered water
2 Part pure raw acacia honey
1 Vanilla beans every 300ml of syrup obtained
Procedure:
1. Heat the water until just before boiling
2. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise.
3. Pour the hot water over the honey, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved.
4. Once cooled, add the vanilla bean according to the recipe’s proportion.
5. Let it macerate for at least 48 hours at room temperature in a dark, dry place
In order to save time you can consider the Rapid Infusion Technique instead of a classic maceration
6. Remove the vanilla bean, strain the syrup to remove seeds

Boston shaker
Strainer
Double strainer
Jigger
Immersion blender (optional)
Ingredients:
Serving: 1
1 & 1/3 oz (40ml) Absolut Blue vodka
1/2 oz (15ml) Mujestic Musang King Durian liqueur
2/3 oz (20ml) Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz (15ml) Vanilla-honey syrup
2/3 oz (20ml) Egg white
2 drops Saline solution
Glass: Coupe
Technique: Dry shake, Shake & double strain
Procedure:
Fill the shaker ¾ full with ice to chill, and chill the glass (preferably in the freezer).
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients except cocoa powder.
Blend with an immersion blender for 5-6 seconds. (It's possible to dry shake the cocktail instead).

Empty the water from the shaker (created by melted ice).
Pour the blended mixture into the shaker, then shake for 8 seconds.
Remove the ice from the glass if not pre-chilled.
Double strain the cocktail into the coupe glass.
Wait a moment for the foam to settle.
Express the oil of a lemon peel over the drink, and lightly dust with cocoa powder.
